Toyo Logistics Co.,Ltd. <9306> [TSE-S] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on October 28th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward by 20.0%, from the previous forecast of 1.5 billion yen to 1.8 billion yen (compared to 1.82 billion yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 17.6% to 1.1%.

At the same time, the April to September period (first half) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward by 22.7%, from the previous forecast of 750 million yen to 920 million yen (compared to 976 million yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 23.2% to 5.7%.

In light of the strong performance, the dividend for the first half of this fiscal year has been increased from the original plan of 27.5 yen to 30 yen, and the dividend for the second half has also been revised upwards from the original plan of 27.5 yen to 30 yen. The annual dividend will be 60 yen.
