Guidance Update Report

TOLI Corporation <7971> [TSE-S] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on October 25th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) has been revised upward by 42.5%, from the previous forecast of 800 million yen to 1.14 billion yen (compared to 1.44 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 44.7% to 21.2%.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 4.25 billion yen(compared to 5.24 billion yen in the previous period).
