PLANT Co.,Ltd <7646> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on October 24th (15:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending September 2024 increased by 23.2% from the previous period to 2.24 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending September 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 13.4% to 2.55 billion yen. This will be the third consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 75 yen, an increase of 25 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the ordinary profit amounted to 420 million yen, a 2.6% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 1.4% in the same period last year to 1.6%.
