XYMAX REIT Investment Corporation <3488> [TSE-REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on October 18th (15:00). ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending August 2024 increased by 0.8% from the previous period to 831 million yen exceeding the previous forecast of 797 million yen and resulted in an increase in profit, a complete reversal from the forecast for a decline in profit. For the fiscal year ending February 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 10.0% to 914 million yen.

At the same time, the company increased the distribution for the previous term from 3190 yen to 3328 yen (compared to 3300 yen in the prior term), and plans to set the distribution for the current term at 3661 yen.
