Nippon Accommodations Fund <3226> [TSE-REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on October 17th (15:30). ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending August 2024 decreased by 3.4% from the previous period to 5.57 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending February 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 2.4% to 5.7 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the distribution for the previous term from 10860 yen to 11064 yen (compared to 11459 yen in the prior term), and plans to set the distribution for the current term at 11330 yen.
