Guidance Update Report

RIKEI CORPORATION <8226> [TSE-S] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 15th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) has been revised upward from an expected loss of 90 million yen to a profit of 370 million yen (compared to a loss of 32 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a profit.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 460 million yen(compared to 516 million yen in the previous period).
