VisasQ Inc. <4490> [TSE-G] announced its financial results after the market closed on October 15th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending February 2025 (March to August) turned into a profit of 568 million yen (compared to a loss of 146 million yen in the same period last year). The progress rate against the full-year plan of 550 million yen is 103.3%.

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the September to February period (second half) is expected to turn into a loss of 18 million yen (compared to a profit of 258 million yen in the same period last year).
