Material Group Inc. <156A> [TSE-G] announced its financial results after the market closed on October 11th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending August 2024 increased by 9.8% from the previous period to 763 million yen. For the fiscal year ending August 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 27.8% to 975 million yen, marking the fourth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and the fourth consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 26 yen, an increase of 0.94 yen from the previous fiscal year.
