YOMEISHU SEIZO CO.,LTD. <2540> [TSE-P] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 10th (15:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) has downwardly by 16.2%, from the previous forecast of 370 million yen to 310 million yen (compared to 419 million yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 11.7% to 26.0%.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 770 million yen(compared to 949 million yen in the previous period).
