KG Intelligence CO., LTD. <2408> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on October 8th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2024 (January to September) decreased by 15.7% from the same period last year to 193 million yen. The progress rate against the 272 million yen full-year plan was 71.0%, which was higher than the same period of the previous year of 60.4%.

Based on the third-quarter cumulative performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to December period (4Q) is expected to drop by 47.3% from the same period last year to 79 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased by 61.9% from the same period last year, reaching 68 million yen. The operating profit margin significantly improved from 6.8% in the same period last year to 10.5%.
