TOYO ASANO FOUNDATION CO.,LTD. <5271> [TSE-S] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 4th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending February 2025 (March to August) has downwardly by 15.0%, from the previous forecast of 380 million yen to 323 million yen (compared to 562 million yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 32.4% to 42.5%.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 560 million yen(compared to 911 million yen in the previous period).
