Guidance Update Report

Rasa Corporation <3023> [TSE-S] announced a performance revision after the market closed on September 27th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) has been revised upward by 25.0%, from the previous forecast of 600 million yen to 750 million yen (compared to 977 million yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 38.6% to 23.2%.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 2.5 billion yen(compared to 2.81 billion yen in the previous period).
