DEAR LIFE CO.,LTD. <3245> [TSE-P] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on September 20th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2024 has downwardly by 38.6%, from the previous forecast of 7.5 billion yen to 4.6 billion yen (compared to 6.18 billion yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 25.5% decrease in profit.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the April to September period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has downwardly by 40.5%, from the previous forecast of 7.16 billion yen to 4.26 billion yen (compared to 5.07 billion yen in the same period of the previous year). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 16.0% decrease in profit.

At the same time, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 46 yen to 47 yen (compared to 41 yen in the previous period)
