NATTY SWANKY holdings Co.,Ltd. <7674> [TSE-G] announced its financial results after the market closed on September 13th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending January 2025 (February to July) significantly dropped by 60.5% from the same period last year to 87 million yen. The progress rate for full-year plan of 50 million yen has already exceeded 174.0%, and has also exceeded the same period of the previous year of 53.1%.

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the August to January period (second half) is expected to turn into a loss of 37 million yen (compared to a profit of 194 million yen in the same period last year).

In the most recent three-month period, from May to July (2Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 8 million yen, a 94.1% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin drastically worsened from 7.5% in the same period last year to 0.4%.
