TOKYU REIT <8957> [TSE-REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on September 13th (15:00). ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending July 2024 increased by 7.7% from the previous period to 4.75 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending January 2025, the profit is nearly flat with a slight decrease of 0.9% from the previous period to 4.7 billion yen.

At the same time, the company plans to set the distribution for the current term at 3800 yen.
