OHMORI CO.,LTD. <1844> [TSE-S] announced its financial results in the morning on September 13th (11:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending July 2024 expanded to 37.4% from the previous period to 595 million yen. However, for the fiscal year ending July 2025, the profit is expected to decrease by 26.4% from the previous period to 438 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from May to July (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased by 97.9% from the same period last year, reaching 93 million yen. The operating profit margin improved from 5.4% in the same period last year to 6.1%.
