FUSO DENTSU CO., LTD. <7505> [TSE-S] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on September 10th (15:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending September 2024 has been revised upward by 33.3%, from the previous forecast of 1.47 billion yen to 1.96 billion yen (compared to 1.42 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 2.9% to 37.3%.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the April to September period (second half) ordinary profit has been revised upward from an expected loss of 418 million yen to 72 million yen (compared to 15 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a profit and leading to a 4.8 times increase in the ordinary profit outlook.

In light of the strong performance, the company has significantly increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 63 yen to 88 yen (compared to 69 yen in the previous period)
