eXmotion Co.,Ltd. <4394> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on October 2nd (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending November 2026 (December 2025 to August 2026) increased 17.6% from the same period last year, reaching 160 million yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 206 million yen was 77.7%, also surpassing the five-year average of 75.6%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the September to November period (4Q) is expected to decrease 20.7% from the same period last year to 46 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from June to August (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit amounted to 60 million yen, an increase of 1.7% compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 16.3% in the same period last year to 16.3%.
