JM HOLDINGS CO.,LTD. <3539> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision after the market closed on September 3rd (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending July 2026 has decreased 17.3%, from the previous forecast of 11.0 billion yen to 9.10 billion yen (compared to 10.1 billion yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 10.3% decrease in profit.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the February to July period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 35.9%, from the previous forecast of 5.29 billion yen to 3.39 billion yen (compared to 5.09 billion yen in the same period of the previous year). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 33.4% decrease in profit.
