Dynapac, Ordinary Profit Forecast for First Half Revised Upward to an Unexpected 44% Increase, Raises Record High Profit, Full Year also Increased, Dividend Revised Upward by 10 Yen

Dynapac Co., Ltd. <3947> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on August 7th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2026 (January to June) has been revised upward 52.9%, from the previous forecast of 1.70 billion yen to 2.60 billion yen (compared to 1.80 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), record profits reach three consecutive terms, turning to a 44.4% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

Following the strong performance in the first half, the full-year forecast for consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 33.3%, from the previous forecast of 3.60 billion yen to 4.80 billion yen (compared to 3.55 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 1.2% to 34.9%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for two consecutive terms.

At the same time, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 80 yen to 90 yen (compared to 80 yen in the previous period).
