DAISAN CO.,LTD. <4750> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on June 2nd (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended April 2026 decreased by 16.2% from the previous period to 290 million yen, falling below the forecast of 410 million yen, a complete reversal from the forecasted increase in profit. For the fiscal year ending April 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 24.1% from the previous period to 220 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from February to April (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 26 million yen, a 59.4% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 2.8% in the same period last year to 1.2%.
