METALART, 42% Decrease in Ordinary Profit for The Current Fiscal Year, Postpones Current Fiscal Year Dividend

The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 28.9% from the previous period to 4.19 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to drop by 42.3% from the previous period to 2.42 billion yen.
At the same time, In conjunction with a Tender Offer Bid (TOB), the company has decided to forgo the dividend for the current fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 62.2% from the same period last year, reaching 1.34 billion yen. The operating profit margin significantly improved from 7.1% in the same period last year to 11.1%.
